Shipping / Fulfillment Department Worker

We’re looking for someone to assist with handling and shipping of products to consumers, wholesale buyers, and our retail locations. This is currently a 36 hour a week position, Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 4 pm. Pay is commensurate with experience.


  • Ability to work closely with a small team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Basic computer use is required; familiarity with UPS Worldship, Endicia, and Shopify fulfillment software is desirable

Bookkeeper Position at Liberty Graphics

Do you appreciate art, nature and numbers? Liberty Graphics is seeking a detail oriented individual and experienced bookkeeper to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will possess experience in software-based bookkeeping management. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The hours worked is roughly 9:00-5:00 Monday – Friday at our production facility in downtown Liberty. We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Duties to include full payroll processing and tax filings.
  • General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable management.
  • Provides daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Ensures that monthly and quarterly local and Federal taxes are paid in-full and on-time.
  • Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
  • Prioritizes workload to complete tasks within the required time frame.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.


  • Proficiency with Quickbooks (Desktop & Online)
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • A familiarity with Shopify is a plus
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
