Our wholesale customers are located throughout the U.S. and abroad in Europe and Asia. We also have four Maine retail stores: Portland, Camden, Freeport, and our factory outlet in Liberty, Maine.  In 2021, Liberty Graphics became an employee-owned Cooperative.

Ordering & Receiving Coordinator

This position requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual to oversee the ordering, receiving, and inventory management of blank stock. The role is vital to ensuring the efficiency of our production process and maintaining our longstanding reputation for excellence in nature-inspired T-shirts.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, up to 40 hours per week, to be determined

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage procurement of blank stock, including creating and processing purchase order

● Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all purchase order files are current and organized.

● Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory systems accordingly.

● Prepare blank stock materials for upcoming production print runs.

● Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance.

● Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● 3+ years of related experience preferred.

● Strong organizational and communication skills.

● Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

● Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Physical Requirements:

● Lift/push/pull 25–50 lbs.

● Stand for extended periods.

● Perform repetitive tasks

● Assist with production and shipping tasks as needed.


Quality Control Specialist

You will need to be detail-oriented, reliable, and be able to work in a fast paced production environment. You should possess the desire to cross train and learn all facets of the production process and to maintain our reputation of producing the highest quality nature inspired t-shirts.

Typical Work Schedule: Full-Time, 36 Hours per week. Monday – Thursday (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

● Prep raw materials for production.

● Ensure materials and job specifications are aligned.

● Perform multiple inspections during production run.

● Organize, track and record accurate production data.

● Assist with labeling, sorting, pulling orders, other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

● Strong attention to detail.

● Good communication and teamwork skills.

● Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.

● Experience in manufacturing or production (preferred).

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.


Liberty Graphics Camden
Retail Store Associate

The Retail Store Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

● Greet and engage customers in a warm, welcoming way

● Help shoppers find products and offer thoughtful recommendations

● Share knowledge about our products, process, and company mission

● Accurately process transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system

● Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked

● Restock shelves and assist with inventory management

● Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and deliver great service

Qualifications:

● Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

● Basic math skills for handling sales transactions

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Friendly, approachable, and a great communicator

● Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
